Big News! Binkley is getting a new principal! We're sad to see Mrs. Lister go, but we're happy to welcome Mrs. Kjaer.

Dear Binkley Families,
Hello! My name is Hilary Kjaer. It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as Binkley’s new principal. I have been a teacher in Rincon Valley for 19 years, spending 16 of those as a teacher at Binkley. For the last three years, I have served as the English Learner Coordinator and Consulting Teacher, supporting teachers throughout the district with improving instruction and academic achievement for all students.
The Binkley community is one that I hold very near and dear to my heart. Having had my own two daughters spend their elementary years here as students, I know first-hand what an amazing staff and family network we have. I am beyond thrilled to be returning to Binkley to serve and give back to the community that helped mold me into the teacher and leader that I am today.
My first day will be Monday, September 17. However, I will be attending Binkley’s Welcome Back Party this Friday, September 14 from 6-9 p.m. I hope you will join me as we kick off the new school year together. Please come out and introduce yourself. I look forward to meeting you and your children!
